1. A Bump on Nasal Bridge
A hump bridge consists of nasal bones and cartilages. We can correct a hump nose by cutting hump on nasal bones and cartilages. If hump on nasal bones or cartilages are excessively removed. 2. The Open Roof of the Nose

In order to prevent the nose tip from drooping over time, a support will be inserted into the nasal bridge or a pulling muscle will be pulled and may need of shortening the muscle. (Generally, autologous nasal septum cartilages are used as a support.)
4. Low Nose Tip
A droopy angle between the nasal bridge and philtrum (nasolabial angle) is generally corrected through nose tip augmentation. Considering the patient’s conditions, an autologous cartilage may be added for better results.
